When first I met you by the riverside
The moon was shining in a perfect light
I wished upon it and I prayed a lot
And whisperd true
Forget me not
I waited patiently and called your name
My heart was broken when you never came
I braved the seasons and I cried a lot
And whispered true
Forget me not
Bridge: or maybe I
Believe that love is gonna come so easily
And I,
Can’t help myself from thinking if
You loved me just a bit
I’d hold my head up high
So by the river I will wait for you
And though I’m love sick ,I will see it through
Darling listen as I cry a lot
And whisper true
Forget me not
or maybe I
Believe that love is gonna come so easily
And I,
Can’t help myself from thinking if
You loved me just a bit
I’d hold my head up high
So by the river I will wait for you
And though I’m love sick ,I will see it through
Darling listen as I cry a lot
And whisper true
Forget me not
Darling listen as I cry a lot
I whisper true
Forget me not
